  • 3 - 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 3 - 4 leaves of kale
  • 3 - 4 leaves of endive
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 broccoli stems
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 - 6 strawberries
  • 2 - 3 basil leaves for taste
  • A couple pinches of wheatgrass (optional)
  • Prep and wash all produce. Juice, add wheatgrass (optional) and serve.

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon with rind
  • 2 apples
  • 1 conferencepear
  • 6 fresh new carrots (preferably with tops)
  • 1/4 packed cup of flat leaf parsley
  • 3 - 4 sticks of celery (preferably with leaves)
  • 1 ounce shot wheatgrass
  • Prep and wash all produce. Juice and add wheatgrass. Serve
